These Terms of Service outline the conditions under which St Francis Care provides NDIS-related support services. By engaging with our organisation, you agree to these terms to ensure clarity, safety and professional service delivery.
Before services begin, St Francis Care will establish a written Service Agreement that outlines supports to be provided, responsibilities, scheduling, pricing and participant rights. Both parties must sign the agreement before supports commence.

Participants must give at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Short-notice cancellations may incur fees in accordance with NDIS Pricing Arrangements and the Service Agreement.
All fees are charged in accordance with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. Payment methods and billing cycles are detailed in the Service Agreement, and invoices will reflect completed supports accurately.
We prioritise safety for participants and staff. Risk assessments may be conducted, and support may be paused if an environment becomes unsafe until risks are addressed.
We encourage open communication. Participants may provide feedback or lodge complaints at any time. Issues will be handled promptly and respectfully. If concerns remain unresolved, participants may contact the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission.
Either party may end the Service Agreement with appropriate written notice, as outlined in the agreement. Immediate termination may occur in cases of serious risk, aggression or breach of safety protocols.
