Terms of Service for NDIS Support Services

Introduction

These Terms of Service outline the conditions under which St Francis Care provides NDIS-related support services. By engaging with our organisation, you agree to these terms to ensure clarity, safety and professional service delivery.


Service Agreements

Before services begin, St Francis Care will establish a written Service Agreement that outlines supports to be provided, responsibilities, scheduling, pricing and participant rights. Both parties must sign the agreement before supports commence.


Your Responsibilities

Participants (or their representatives) agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date personal and support information
  • Notify us of changes to health, behaviour, or risk factors
  • Respect staff, property and safety protocols
  • Provide safe access to the home or environment where services occur
  • Provide reasonable notice for cancellations


Our Responsibilities

St Francis Care agrees to:

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred support
  • Maintain privacy, confidentiality and professionalism
  • Ensure staff are trained, qualified and compliant with NDIS standards
  • Provide transparent communication regarding scheduling and changes
  • Actively support participant rights, safety and wellbeing


Scheduling and Cancellations

Participants must give at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Short-notice cancellations may incur fees in accordance with NDIS Pricing Arrangements and the Service Agreement.


Fees and Payments

All fees are charged in accordance with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. Payment methods and billing cycles are detailed in the Service Agreement, and invoices will reflect completed supports accurately.


Risk & Safety

We prioritise safety for participants and staff. Risk assessments may be conducted, and support may be paused if an environment becomes unsafe until risks are addressed.


Complaints & Feedback

We encourage open communication. Participants may provide feedback or lodge complaints at any time. Issues will be handled promptly and respectfully. If concerns remain unresolved, participants may contact the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission.


Termination of Services

Either party may end the Service Agreement with appropriate written notice, as outlined in the agreement. Immediate termination may occur in cases of serious risk, aggression or breach of safety protocols.


Updates to Terms

St Francis Care may update these Terms of Service as required. Participants will be notified of significant changes.
